Yes, we ship internationally!
International shipping costs are based upon the weight and distance of the package. To get an estimate of your shipping costs, add any items to your cart and head over to “My Cart” under “Estimate Shipping and Tax” to view different shipping methods and costs. Please note that this estimator does not actually calculate any customs fees or taxes which may be incurred upon delivery.
Customs + Fees + Taxes:
For all international orders, we request that the customer first check with their local customs offices to make sure any items ordered are not restricted from import, due to ingredient or size of order. Since every country is different and laws are often changing, this is the best way to ensure that your package is received and there are no unexpected delays.
Please note that there may or may not be fees required upon import of your order. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for details prior to ordering. Any fees are the responsibility of the customer upon pickup. If orders are returned to us as “Refused”, “Undeliverable” or “Unclaimed”, please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Any items in the returned package which are in original condition, and do not require any special handling (i.e. heat sensitive items) will be reimbursed minus any restocking fees or shipping costs.
Please note that when shipping via USPS, we do not include any paperwork or packing slips within our international packages. If you require paperwork, please let us know immediately upon placing your order. Orders shipping via other methods may require paperwork and we will include them as required.
International Shipping Provider:
Currently we only offer USPS as our international shipping provider. Please contact us directly if you require another shipping method.
Not all services provide door-to-door tracking when shipping internationally. USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International do not always show final delivery status tracking. Tracking for these shipments usually only track the package up until it leaves the United States. If door-to-door tracking is required, USPS Priority Express is the best selection at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending upon service selected at checkout. Date ranges can be viewed on the last page of the checkout. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding delivery. We kindly request that customers check with their local post offices / customs offices periodically after shipment to check the status of their orders. Occasionally items are held at customs if additional information is required upon pickup, and customers may not always be notified.
Returns + Undeliverable Shipments:

If an item was "Undeliverable", and you wish for reshipment, only the cost of shipping is required, as well as an updated address to ensure proper delivery.
