We are so happy to be able to offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic purchases within the United States, including US Territories and US military postal addresses!
Shipments are sent within 1-3 business days of cleared payment and then shipped via the method of shipment selected at checkout. Expected delivery dates are displayed on the last page of the checkout.
Heat Sensitive Shipments:
All items which are designated as temperature sensitive by the manufacturer are shipped on ice via expedited mail by default Monday through Thursday only. No need to select expedited shipping upon checkout! Please ignore ETA’s on these items, as they are often received much sooner than mentioned on the order.
We don’t want you to have to wait for an order and we try our best to eliminate any possibility of an item going on backorder. On the rare occasion that a backorder does occur, we will contact you via email immediately to let you know what to expect with your order. We will ship the items that are available for immediate shipment and then send along the backordered items when available. Rest assured, you are not charged anything additional for these separate shipments! If the item is not fulfilled within 2 weeks, we will contact you via email and credit you accordingly, including any applied coupons.
Please feel free to click on the TRACK button found at the top of every page in the blue header. You will be prompted to login with your email and password, which will then bring you to your “My Orders” console. Here you can see each of your orders placed along with immediate visibility of Tracking status and tracking links. If the Tracking states “In Process”, this means that your order has been received and is in the process of shipment. Once shipped, you will see a tracking number which is a link to view the location / status of your order.
Returns + Unclaimed/Refused/Undeliverable Shipments:

If orders are returned to us as “Refused”, “Undeliverable” or “Unclaimed”, please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Any items in the returned package which are in original condition, and do not require any special handling (i.e. heat sensitive items) will be reimbursed minus any restocking fees or shipping costs. If an item was "Undeliverable", and you wish for reshipment, we are happy to reship it to you at no cost with a confirmation of address to ensure proper delivery. If the item is returned a second time, we simply request payment for shipping costs only.
